How long will it take to arrive?
We deliver through a trusted third-party courier service from our office in Malibagh, Dhaka. Delivery typically takes 5–7 business days, depending on your location.

To avoid delays:

Please double-check your delivery address.

Don’t forget to include apartment/flat/suite numbers if applicable.

Once your order has been shipped, we cannot change the address or take responsibility for any delivery failures caused by incorrect address information. Rich Card is not liable to replace products lost or returned due to an incorrect address.

We’ll send you a return label within 24 business hours.
Please return the unopened item(s) along with proof of purchase securely packed in a shipping box.

Non-refundable items:
We’re unable to offer refunds or exchanges if:
More than 7 days have passed since the purchase.
The card has customized engravings (e.g. Name, Designation, Company Name, or Logo).
The product was damaged due to misuse, accident, or abnormal use by the customer.

Refund or Replacement Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we’ll process your replacement or refund. This usually takes 7–10 working days. Refunds may take 1–2 billing cycles to show up, depending on your bank or card provider.
