Rich Card is a customizable NFC digital business card. Once your card is printed, it is non-refundable and non-replaceable unless there is a clear manufacturing defect.

If any printing mistake occurs from our side, we will provide a one-time reprint free of cost. However, if the mistake was caused by incorrect information provided by the client, no free replacement will be issued.

2. Replacement and Refund Policy
Replacement is only applicable for:

Manufacturing defects.

Technical faults (e.g., NFC not working due to our error).

We do not offer refunds after order confirmation and production begins.

For issues caused by user mishandling or physical damage, replacements are not provided.

3. Profile Access and Maintenance
Rich Card provides a digital profile that is accessible via tap or scan. This profile is hosted on our server.

The profile is offered free for life unless otherwise notified in future updates.

We reserve the right to remove or restrict any profile if:

The user uploads inappropriate or illegal content.

There is any violation of our usage policy or local laws.

4. Data Privacy
We store personal information only for the purpose of delivering our services.

No user data will be shared with third parties without consent, except as required by law.

5. Usage Limitations
One Rich Card is intended for one individual only.

Sharing or reselling your digital profile access is strictly prohibited.

6. Liability Disclaimer
Rich Card is not responsible for any business or personal loss incurred from improper use of the card or downtime in digital services due to external technical reasons.

7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time.
